Salary : $150,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Details

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to providing top-tier legal representation to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and other complex commercial issues.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients and develop case strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in construction law, real estate law, or community association law.
  • Prior experience in a law firm setting.
  • Demonstrated success in handling complex litigation matters.
