Key Responsibilities :

• Develop precise and comprehensive job estimates for residential projects.
• Source and obtain competitive bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials and negotiating prices.
• Maintain cost databases and update pricing information to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze and resolve any cost discrepancies, ensuring that project budgets remain on track.
• Prepare detailed reports, summarizing project trends and providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project goals and contribute to overall company success.
