Job descriptionMake lasting connections with our customers Meet customers' needs in regard to bag type and bagging order preference Package the order carefully and according to company guidelines Ensure carryout or drive-up service is secured and the customer is satisfied Prepare the store by keeping floors clean, carts in the store and lending a helping hand where needed Problem solve customer or employee questions and / or concerns Correctly match the right order with the right customer and carefully place order in the customer's vehicle and thank customer Dress appropriately for outdoor environment Be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team Has experience on maintaining a clean environment Knows about courteous service, clean, and safe shopping environments Is motivated to grow their career and continue learning lifting / carrying over 50 lbs. pushing / pulling to 30 force pounds walking, stooping, bending, reaching, standing, turning, pushing, kneeling, squatting vacuum, mop, broom, dustpan, dust mop, carts, quick cart, bins, tilt trucks, compactor, cleaning utensils judgment / decision making, social skills / verbal interaction, memorization, reading lifting / carrying over 70 lbs. squatting, stooping / bending, walking calculators Exposure to outside conditions – hold / cold weather, wet / slippery / uneven ground, snow, rain FREQUENT : 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift OCCASIONAL : Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift

Reports to : Customer Service Manager
Classification : Part Time Union
Rate of Pay : Progressive scale up to $17.25 an hour / depending on experience
Hours : Sunday – Saturday, varied hours
