Project Planning Analyst

Opportunity to join an industry-leader recognized globally for innovation & operational excellence!

You will plan & manage projects involving product moves to expand a particular product category. Your responsibilities will include : project planning & coordination, data management & analysis, scheduling, research, inventory coordination, continuous process improvement, and more.

This is a 24-month contract (potential to extend or convert to perm) in the Vinings.

Work a hybrid schedule : in-office Mon-Thu & remote Fri .

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Review product layouts & confirm data accuracy before implementation
  • Research & identify potential impacts from overlapping programs
  • Schedule projects, coordinate materials, and manage delivery timelines
  • Communicate layout discrepancies & support quick issue resolution
  • Track upcoming rollouts and ensure timely bulk material orders
  • Maintain project data in internal systems & master tracking files
  • Partner with field & cross-functional teams to meet key milestones
  • Conduct project audits to confirm readiness & quality
  • Source materials & labor quotes, place orders, and manage logistics
  • Provide scheduling & operational support to field teams

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 3 to 8 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or PM (NOT looking for IT projects)
  • Experience executing full lifecycle projects, including scope definition
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.
  • Proven experience in business process improvement
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams & external vendors / suppliers
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)
  • W2 ONLY; No Visa Sponsorship or 3rd Parties
