Job descriptionPatient Demographics : General ENT population Admissions : Yes Rounding : Yes Phone Consults : Yes Case Mix : General ENT with option for subspecialty interests EMR System : EPIC fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII Office Equipment Available : Standard ENT tools and equipment Specialty Backup Available : Collegial group of system physicians Support Staff Available : Nurse practitioner support in both inpatient and outpatient settings Reason for Coverage : System expansion and growth Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Credentialing Timeline : days post-offer Rate : Highly competitive salary (Negotiable, MGMA-aligned) Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Indiana has favorable malpractice laws Additional Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 403B with employer match Exceptional CME funding Reimbursement for license, CSR, DEA, dues, subscriptions Contract bonuses based on RVUs Flexible time off Sign-on bonus (negotiable) Relocation reimbursement (negotiable) General ENT procedures Outpatient surgeries Licenses : Active IN license (or ability to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible Experience : Open to experienced physicians and new grads Other Qualifications : Subspecialty interests encouraged; EPIC proficiency Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient ENT care Participate in a 1 : 4 call rotation across multiple facilities Perform outpatient surgeries Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation Collaborate with other providers in a collegial, supportive environment Contribute to system-wide ENT service growth and excellence
