Pediatrics Physician

Providence Medical Group (PMG) - Oregon is seeking board-eligible / board-certified Pediatrician to join a dedicated team at Providence North Coast clinic in Seaside, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to practice outpatient pediatrics as part of an integrative team focused on providing high-value care. Additionally, the practice offers a patient-centered medical home model, Epic EMR, and has easy access to Providence Seaside Hospital.

• $37,500 signing bonus and up to $120,000 educational loan repayment funds available.
• 0.75 FTE (eligible for full-time benefits). Option to add additional 0.25 FTE at Ocean Beach Health Clinic in Ilwaco, WA
• Schedule is 3 days per week; 10-hour days schedule.
• Patient-centered medical home model includes co-located providers, MAs, and patient relations specialists. The teams are also supported by social work, psychologist, psychiatric nurse practitioners, dietician, and pharm D.
• Guaranteed base salary, incentives, and relocation assistance available
• CME days and dollars, cost of licenses, paid membership dues, paid subscriptions, and paid board certification available.
• Standard Employed Provider Benefits Package, including PTO, Health, Life, Dental, Vision, Disability and Malpractice.
• Our clinic has an active site application on file with the Oregon Office of Rural Health for those interested in applying to the provider incentive programs.
• National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site location.
• As a non-profit organization, Providence is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
