High School Diploma required, Associates Degree in I.T. related field preferred
2 years experience required working as an I.T. Technician providing end user support required
3 years experience working with Mac and PC computers required
3 years experience phone & printer troubleshooting required
3 years experience required performing basic software and network troubleshooting
5 years experience working with Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, ServiceNow, MS Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
2-5 years experience providing phone and desk side support
Ability to write technical materials to communicate “how to” instructions
Ability to work effectively on a team
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Detail oriented
Knowledgeable of new technologies
Proficient in desktop operating systems and productivity applications.
Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
Advanced ability to deliver world class customer service in varied environments
Advanced ability to manage projects and priorities
Advanced ability to document processes and workflows
Knowledge and experience of incident ticketing systems
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and server administration tools
Experienced with basic computer, phone & printer troubleshooting
Experienced with basic software and network troubleshooting
