Operations & Warehouse Technician
Qualifications include :
- Demonstrate and maintain a good safety record
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record
- Forklift Certification or ability to obtain is required (NorthWestern Energy will provide training, if necessary)
- Knowledge of Code of Federal Regulations 49 Part 192 is beneficial
- Understanding of utility process, policies, and standards is a plus
- Knowledge of electric and gas materials is preferred
- Experience with asset tracking, inventory processes are beneficial
- Knowledge of inventory procedures and warehouse safety
- Computer skills are essential (email, Microsoft office, material management systems)
- Experience with SAP platform and material management module is a bonus
- Possess record-keeping, filing, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and responsible to be working alone
- Get Into Energy - Energy Industry Fundamental 2.0 certification is a plus

Operations & Warehouse Technician I - Starting Range : $26.74 to $40.09 per hour, depending on experience. A high school diploma is required for all levels. Entry-level position responsible for basic warehouse and operations support. Expected to handle material receiving, shipping, and inventory control with close guidance. Operations & Warehouse Technician II - Starting Range : $31.16 to $46.73 per hour, depending on experience. Mid-level role for experienced warehouse / operations professionals. Manages more complex inventory functions, coordinates mate ial flow for operations and engineering projects, and ensures accurate documentation. Proficient in advanced Excel and SAP, skilled in load securement, project / time management, and problem-solving. Works with minimal supervision and contributes to process improvements.
