A company is looking for a Collaborative Physician in California.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a Collaborative Physician in accordance with applicable laws and NP Collaborative Practice Protocol Agreement
Conduct periodic quality reviews of NP's patient charts based on state-specific requirements
Be available for consultation with NPs via phone or electronic means during operational hours
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of the credentialing process
Current board certification
Valid state medical, federal DEA, and CDS licenses without sanctions in California
