Facility :

This is a well-established hospital providing comprehensive healthcare services to the Missoula community and surrounding areas. The facility is a Level 2 trauma center that is transitioning its women's health services with the closure of the Family Maternity Center, and now focusing on emergent gynecological care.

Board Certified - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Details :

• Coverage specifically needed for 12 / 21 / 2025-12 / 27 / 2025 (finishing Sunday 12 / 28 at 7am)
• Must be available for the entire duration of this timeframe
• Week of 24-hour pager call shifts (with 3 hours gratis), Sunday AM-Sunday AM
• Focus exclusively on emergent GYN procedures (no deliveries or NICU care)
• Patient volume anticipated to be low (1-2 patient encounters per shift)
• Must be comfortable handling any emergent GYN patient
• Required skills include laparoscopic diagnostic / minor procedures and operative / major gynecological surgeries
• Experience with ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive LOA's required
• Open surgical gynecology experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Must be board certified
• MT license or IMLC required
• Credentialing timeframe : 60-90 days
