This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing on-site activities, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and compliance with local codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address risks.

- Implement safety and quality guidelines, including daily site walks and weekly tailgate meetings.
