Your role at Hostinger

Affiliate manager in the a ffiliate marketing team. As part of Hostinger’s affiliate marketing team, you’ll drive the growth and optimization of our affiliate program in the DACH and Benelux regions . You’ll collaborate with r egional marketing, product, and data teams to scale partnerships, enhance performance, and identify new market opportunities.

Your day-to-day

Discover and onboard new affiliate partners across DACH and Benelux markets.
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with top affiliates.
Develop strategies to maximize conversions and optimize ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and product initiatives.
Identify regional trends and untapped partnership opportunities.
Use automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and campaign management.

Your skills and experience

3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership development.

In-depth knowledge of the DACH and Benelux affiliate ecosystem and knowledge of local affiliates, such as : main news and technology websites, main coupon websites, digital communities, etc.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable growth.

General proficiency in AI and workflow automation.

Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
