Position Summary : We're seeking a highly skilled and analytical Paid Media Specialist with at least 4 years of hands-on experience managing multi-platform digital advertising campaigns. You will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and ROI through paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Create campaign structures, audience targeting strategies, bidding tactics, and performance tracking systems.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Conduct A / B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spend while achieving performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel strategies.
• Stay current on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad platforms.
• Provide regular reporting with insights, optimization recommendations, and strategic direction.
