Schedule : Full-time | MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM5 : 30 PM

In this role, you'll work closely with licensed physical therapists to deliver high-quality, personalized treatment that helps patients of all ages thrive.
What You'll Do :
- Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments based on plans developed by licensed physical therapists.
- Monitor patient progress and recommend adjustments to treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with clerical tasks.
- Safely transport patients and ensure a comfortable experience.
- Supervise therapy volunteers and support staff as needed.
- Rotate through different treatment areas to support team needs.
Who You'll Work With :
Pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.A collaborative team of therapists and healthcare professionals.School and community partners to support patient care and education.Responsibilities Include :
Delivering effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.Documenting treatments and patient progress accurately and thoroughly.Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and departmental initiatives.Maintaining productivity standards and contributing to a positive team culture.Communicating clearly with supervisors and team members to ensure safe, high-quality care.What We're Looking For :

Qualifications Physical Therapist Assistant
Education : Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.Certification : CPR (AHA-compliant) within 30 days of hire.Skills :Strong communication and organizational abilities
Knowledge of human development across the lifespanAbility to interpret medical records and apply clinical reasoningProblem-solving and strategic thinkingComfortable working with diverse patient populationsProfessionalism :Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
