We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Property Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview :As an Entry Level Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This role provides a great opportunity for growth in the property management field and offers hands-on experience in various aspects of property management.
Key Responsibilities :Assist in the management of self storage and / or commercial properties.Respond to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Conduct virtual property inspections and assist in maintaining property standards.Help coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors.Assist in the collection of rent payments and managing delinquencies.Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to attract potential tenants.Collaborate with the property management team to implement policies and procedures.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Basic knowledge of property management principles is a plus, but not required.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.What We Offer :Competitive salary and benefits package. $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience plus flexible hours, 401k, medical and dental.Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Training and mentorship from experienced property management professionals.How to Apply :Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and why they are a great fit for the position.
