Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a rapidly growing ABA company providing innovative approaches to assist children, young adults, and their families diagnosed with Autism. BBR is currently recruiting individuals who have a passion for human service and working 1 : 1 with children. You must be patient, motivated to learn, have a collaborative attitude, and deliver excellent customer service. This position will take place in the childs natural environment, such as a home or school setting, but is not limited to these locations.
Important Note : The client for this position may display aggressive behaviors. We are seeking individuals with experience in handling challenging behaviors and who feel confident in providing safe, effective support.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are ready to make a meaningful impact on a childs overall quality of life. Ideal candidates should have a bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, Speech Therapy, Counseling, Special Education, or a related field, but it is not required.

What We Need from You :
Serve as a primary interventionist in the education / treatment of children with autism.Implement treatment plans to support the acquisition of social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.Assist with assessment and implementation of behavior management plans; record and help analyze data daily.Participate in group and individualized training meetings regularly.Energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their potential.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, creative, and dependable.Comfortable and experienced in working with children who display aggressive or challenging behaviors.A degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or education is preferred.Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.Availability :
