Chemical Waste Treatment Technician
Position Summary :
PCC Schlosser is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Chemical Waste Treatment Technician to join our Chemical Milling Operations Support Team. This hands-on role is primarily focused on maintaining and repairing process equipment used in chemical milling.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, valves, tanks, filters, and chemical dosing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in the chemical milling area.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine pH balance checks.
- Assist with safe handling, storage, and transfer of process chemicals and waste materials.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection logs and documentation.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and support safe operations.
Qualifications
Schedule & Compensation
$25 / hour + DOE
Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional overtime or shift coverage optional.
Competitive hourly wage. Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
