Location : Duties :
- Advocate for clients throughout workers' compensation proceedings
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze complex legal issues
- Develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to each case
- Represent clients at hearings and negotiate favorable settlements
- Build strong client relationships to ensure trust and transparency
- Collaborate with legal staff to gather evidence and prepare case files
- Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking throughout the litigation process
Requirements :
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience handling workers' compensation mattersProven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneouslyStrong commitment to client service and ethical advocacyEducation :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications :
Active and good-standing member of the California State Bar
