Maven Clinic is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing to own paid marketing strategy and drive qualified lead generation in the employee benefits space. Responsibilities include developing and managing paid strategy across multiple channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic / display, and retargeting; managing the performance marketing agency; maintaining budget efficiency while improving lead quality and conversion rates; auditing current programs and developing testing roadmaps; conducting quarterly channel audits; collaborating with brand design and cross-functional teams; managing paid marketing budget and forecasting; tracking and reporting key metrics; and staying current on industry trends. The role requires 5+ years of B2B performance marketing experience, strong analytical skills, experience managing agency relationships with large budgets, and familiarity with marketing platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, and ABM platforms. Experience in healthcare, HR tech, or employee benefits marketing is preferred. The position reports to the Director of Growth Campaigns and is suited for a hands-on, data-driven marketer comfortable in a fast-changing environment. The role requires active US work authorization and embraces a flexible hybrid work model with primary operations in New York and remote work options in several US cities.
