Job Responsibilities

• Track and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports on a regular cadence.
• Oversee new product launch activities, ensuring milestones are met.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Maintain cross-functional communication to align goals and deliverables.
• Manage budget tracking and monitor expenditures within approved limits.

Job Skills / Requirements

57 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or related functions.

Advanced Excel and Google Suite skills, with strong data analysis capability.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Strong presentation and communication skills across teams and stakeholders.

Collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in evolving environments.
