A company is looking for a Guest Services Specialist to support guests from pre-arrival through departure in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely pre-arrival instructions and respond to guest requests within a 2-hour service level agreement
Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to troubleshoot issues and ensure guest satisfaction
Participate in team activities and stay updated on policies and service standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in guest services, hospitality, property management, or corporate housing
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems
Ability to work in a remote environment and manage multiple systems simultaneously
Must participate in an after-hours, rotating On-Call program
