Restoration Technician

We are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for water restoration, mold, and sewage remediation jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.

You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning / restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.

Responsibilities :

• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform & well-groomed.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Be available for on-call & emergencies.
• Learn & practice commitment to customer service.
• Fill out paperwork properly; (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Check-list).
• Monitor loss & document readings in App.
• Must be able to exercise good judgment & to understand & carry out written & or oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving ability.
• Perform production / restoration process per work order and project managers instructions.
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment.
• Prepare rooms / areas for work activities.
• Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Communicate openly with the crew chief and other technicians.
