Seasoned Escrow Officer

Looking for a seasoned Escrow Officer with hands-on experience using SoftPro's Settlement Management System (SMS). The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the escrow process from file opening to closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities :

Open, process, and close residential and refinance escrow transactions.

Prepare escrow instructions, settlement statements, and related documents.

Balance files, disburse funds, and ensure compliance with state and company regulations.

Communicate effectively with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers.

Utilize SoftPro SMS for file management, document preparation, and transaction tracking.

Qualifications :

5+ years of escrow officer experience in a high-volume environment.

Proficiency with SoftPro SMS (required).

Strong knowledge of California escrow laws and procedures.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
