Banquets Operations Assistant
Starting Pay : $18.00 hourly
As a Banquets Operations Assistant you will provide administrative support to Banquets function. Order essential supplies for upcoming functions including office supplies, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, snack breaks, and service wares for the department.
What you will do as a Banquets Operations Assistant :
- Consistently demonstrates an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Banquet procedures, policies, and software system(s).
- Accurately reviews all BEO's for front of the house and back of the house and make all changes from the change log to eliminate missed items.
- Verifies all BEO's from previous day were rung in correctly and filed in accordance to the Sales Manager.
To be successful as a Banquets Operations Assistant, you'll need :
High School Diploma or Equivalency is required.Must have at least 2 years of administrative / clerical experience in an F&B / Banquets environment; or an equivalent combination of experience and secondary education / applicable training.Must have exceptional professional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information including financial, personnel and other confidential data.Must be able to stand / walk for long periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.What we value :
