Yafo Kitchen | Restaurant Manager

Yafo Kitchen is currently looking to hire a Restaurant Manager to join our prominent restaurant group in Charlotte. We look for individuals with management experience seeking growth and eager about engaging in day-to-day operations. Our managers build and support great teams contributing to a fun and motivating place to work. These positions are the leaders who will help develop the next class of talent to take on future management positions.

We are a fast-casual Middle Eastern street food concept that holds the same high culinary standards and approachable price points Charlotte food enthusiasts have come to expect from FS Food Group concepts. The first YAFO opened in 2016, filling a long-standing void in local Mediterranean street food.

We Are Looking for a Manager who :

  • Has at least two years of experience as a restaurant manager
  • Has fast-casual, high-volume experience
  • Can calmly asses the pressures of day-to-day operations and propose appropriate solutions to restaurant problems
  • Can ensure all financial (invoices, reporting), personnel, and administrative duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and effectively, according to the company's policies and procedures
  • Can enforce health safety and sanitation standards and procedures for food handling, cleanliness, and restaurant maintenance
  • Is consistently compliant with operational standards, company policies, federal / state / local laws, and ordinances
  • Can direct the hiring, supervision, development, and when necessary, termination of employees
  • Has a High School Diploma (Four Year Degree or Hospitality Degree preferred)
