AAA Forklifts in Orlando, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our growing financial team. This full-time, in-office position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $17 to $23 / hour, depending on experience. WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR BILLING SPECIALIST

This financial position follows a Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM schedule. You'll enjoy a consistent workweek in an engaging office environment, collaborating with our service and management teams.

As a Billing Specialist, you will work with QuickBooks Online and our Field Service Software to bill out work orders in a timely manner. You will manage accounts receivable functions by ensuring all receivables are entered accurately and on schedule. Each week, you will review AR aging reports, track overdue accounts, and take proactive steps to collect outstanding bills. Throughout the day, you will collaborate with service managers and technicians to gather billing information and resolve discrepancies that arise. You will ensure that all processes and documentation align with company policies while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency in all financial transactions.
