Sales District Leader (Resident)
$77,099 / year base salary (salary commensurate with experience)
Job Level : Manager
What You Will Be Doing :
Assist with Agent operations and support Agent efforts in setting sales goals and developing a profitable book of business in the Memphis area.

- Organizational and decision-making abilities
- Ability to gain thorough knowledge of company products, policies and philosophy
- General knowledge in Marketing, Sales Leadership and Insurance
- Capability to maintain current industry knowledge through industry courses
