Position Summary : The Parts Acquisition Specialist facilitates pulling required service parts and is expected to work with integrity, documenting and processing orders. The Parts Acquisition Specialist is also expected to develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of each part and effectively communicate requests. Duties / Responsibilities :

• Maintaining inventory controls in warehouse environments
• Taking and logging parts orders for dealers and homeowners
• Reviewing parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull.
• Reviewing orders to ensure that the quantities are correct in the systems and that the correct parts were pulled
• Packaging and shipping parts to customers within 2 days
• Documenting and processing orders for shipment
• Coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and transportation service to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Filing paperwork on a regular, if not daily basis.
• Communicate positively and frequently with customers to set delivery expectations.
• Following up internally and externally until claim is resolved.
• Creating individual process to improve our customers' experience, as needed, and reevaluating individual processes from improved customer experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
