A company is looking for a Computational Fluid Dynamics Analyst for a remote, contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Perform analysis and design of structures, systems, and components for reactor computational thermal-fluid and thermal-structural analysis using multi-dimensional CFD tools
Document and present results to peers and outside organizations
Support continuous learning and application of nuclear industry best practices to enhance engineering design quality
Required Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical, Nuclear, or Chemical engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years in Computational Fluid Dynamics
Minimum of 3 years of experience using Siemens CFD package STAR-CCM+
Preferred : M.S. Degree in Mechanical, Nuclear, or Chemical engineering (or equivalent) with 3+ years in Computational Fluid Dynamics
Working knowledge of various CFD best practices and modeling approaches
Experience with modeling dynamic thermal fluid systems and nuclear systems applications is a plus
