*Qualifications:*

- Active, Unencumbered Registered Nurse License

- Minimum 1 year of IV administration experience

- Malpractice Insurance & Workers' Compensation (required)

- Strong IV placement skills, ideally from ER/ICU experience

- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (required for home visits)

- A genuine passion for patient care with excellent interpersonal skills

- Strong multitasking abilities and a drive to work independently

- A growth mindset and willingness to be incentivized for sales, including upselling and generating referrals and retention.

*Your Role:*

- Deliver life-changing IV drip therapy and medical services to our patients

- Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate and professional care

- Educate patients on the benefits of IV therapy and support them in their wellness journey

- Encourage personalized membership plans that enhance client well-being

- Represent IVDRIPS’ mission and values in every interaction, fostering an environment of care and excellence

*Compensation:*

- Nurses earn 30% of the infusion price, based on a per drip model

- Competitive earnings with additional sales incentives for upselling and referrals

*Note:* Nurses are independent contractors and responsible for their own equipment costs.
