Shift : Days – Full-Time, Day Shift, 8-hour shift, 8 : 15am start

Setting : Acute Care

Requirements :

1 year of recent experience

Active Physical Therapist License

Current BLS / BCLS Certification

Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Education :

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
