Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Professional to join our team. As a Mr. Handyman Service Professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality repair and maintenance services to our clients. From minor repairs to major renovations, our Service Professionals are the face of our company, providing expert solutions tailored to each customer's needs.

Responsibilities

1. Performing a wide range of home repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and more.

2. Assessing customers' needs and providing accurate estimates for projects.

3. Planning and executing repair and renovation projects efficiently and to the highest standards.

4. Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.

5. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

6. Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

7. Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

8. Keeping up-to-date records of work performed and materials used.

9. Representing the company professionally and courteously at all times.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience in home repair and maintenance services.

3. Strong proficiency in a variety of repair skills and techniques.

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

5. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

8. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

9. Willingness to undergo background checks.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry).

2. Prior experience in a customer-facing role.

3. Additional specialized skills, such as Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC repair or tile installation.
