What You Will Do :

  • Assess and develop personalized treatment plans for patients to promote optimal recovery.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with team members, including delegating tasks to PTA when appropriate.
  • Ensure all treatment and documentation comply with regulatory and reimbursement standards.
  • Participate in care conference meetings to coordinate patient care effectively.
  • Utilize EMR systems efficiently, with laptops provided, to document care accurately.

    • Required Skills :

  • Valid PT license (MI or WI, depending on location)
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and documentation standards
  • Ability to delegate appropriately and work collaboratively with PTAs

    • Nice to Have Skills :

  • Experience working in hospital and outpatient settings
  • Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques
  • Familiarity with care conference processes

    • Preferred Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Prior experience in similar healthcare environments is advantageous

    • Other Requirements :

  • Professional attire in business casual dress code
  • Comfort with using laptops and electronic documentation systems
