Leasing Consultant
Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is currently accepting applications for a full-time Leasing Consultant for two adjacent apartment communities in Memphis. While the position serves two locations, the leasing consultant will typically report to only one community each day. This position requires Saturday work hours and will be scheduled for 35 to 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Leasing
- Promote positive image of the apartment community
- Resident relations and retention
- Administration and retention
