We're looking for a driven and motivated salesperson to join our fast-paced team. You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive sales to multiple communities and cluster lots. You’ll need outstanding communication skills to develop rapport with existing clients and to prospect new customers.

Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience in new home sales and developing strategies to meet sales goals. If you have two or more years of experience in new home sales and are ready to join a winning team, apply today!

Compensation : $100,000 - $250,000

Responsibilities :

• Actively listen to client needs and provide the best solutions and options to fit their needs and desires
• Present floor plans and all available structural options to clients so they are aware of the options
• Write client contracts / addenda and submit for sign off
• Provide Exceptional customer service, attention to client needs
• Provide weekly updates to the client with Builder
• Partner and advise the Marketing Dept. on needs and objectives
• Advise management of design change needs based on feedback from clients
• Monitor market trends and competition
• Possess in-depth knowledge of all Vertical Builders floor plans and structural options
