Position Purpose

The Free Stock Stager is responsible for preparing, staging, and supplying raw materials, ingredients, and packaging components to the production floor to ensure smooth, uninterrupted manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining production efficiency and accuracy by verifying stock levels, organizing free stock inventory, and delivering the right materials at the right time. By keeping materials flowing effectively between warehouse and production, the Free Stock Stager supports Farmina Pet Foods commitment to safety, quality, and timely delivery of premium pet food

Requirements

Must be willing to work mandatory overtime, weekends and different shifts as needed.

• Currently works 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior experience in warehouse, staging, or production support (preferred).
• Ability to read and follow work orders, staging lists, and inventory documentation.
• Forklift certification and experience required
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying environmental conditions (cold, hot, dry, or humid).
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
