A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Manager (BDR Manager).
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire a global team of BDRs and Account Executives to achieve pipeline and revenue goals
Own and define the outbound sales strategy, including prospecting frameworks and messaging
Utilize data to drive performance and optimize sales processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in building or leading high-performing sales teams in startup or fast-paced environments
Experience in eCommerce, apparel, or custom manufacturing is preferred
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo)
