Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabrication Foreman located in Alsip, IL. The Fabrication Foreman will oversee daily operations in the fabrication shop, manage and coordinate with the team, ensure quality control, maintain safety protocols, and handle heavy equipment. Additionally, the Foreman will be responsible for scheduling maintenance and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Proficient with Heavy Equipment
• Knowledge in Carpentry
• Experience in Maintenance practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Alsip, IL
• Relevant certifications or technical training are a plus
