Sales Manager
Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Sales Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center!
The ideal candidate for our Sales Manager position is someone who is energetic, driven, has a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As a Sales Manager, you will sell and schedule events to customer groups, including companies, schools, churches, social clubs, etc. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining client lists and relationships through networking, prospecting and personal contact. You will also be responsible for building center sales through aggressive customer acquisition, including heavy direct sales activity.

What We're Looking For :
1-2 years of management experienceFriendly and professional demeanorAbility to analyze reports and proficiency with ExcelTwo years' direct sales experience in entertainment or hospitalityMinimum five years' experience in sales or retail environmentMeriq, Tripleseat, and Embed software knowledge is a plusKey Responsibilities :
Research prospects through lists, internet, and networking, and qualify and prioritize clientsMake calls to build rapport, set appointments, and present solutions to clientsManage post-event follow-ups (surveys, thank-you cards) and track sales activitiesUse Tripleseat to track prospects, clients, events, and input reservation dataPrepare proposals, contracts, and communicate event needs to the operations teamAdditional Responsibilities :
Attend chamber meetings, give presentations, and present the center at events for good will or PRHost center tours, on-site visits, and attend trade shows to promote the businessPresent upcoming events at staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned by managementCore competencies :
