Requirements : ✅ CURRENT RESUME

MUST Include :

Facility Name

Month & year for each facility

Charting systems used (ex. : EPIC, PCC, etc.)

employment status (Travel / local / PRN / Permanent)

Duties at each facility 🩺

✅ 3 REFERENCE

1 Supervisor Reference (from last year) : Include name, facility, and year

2 Colleagues Reference (from last year) : Include name, facility, year

(Make sure employment dates are listed )

✅ BLS certificate
