TuesdayThursday : Onsite at Cadillac Tower, Warren, MI, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
Friday : Remote, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
Compensation : $35$38 per hour (overtime eligible)

Position Overview
The Contractual Manager supports the Dealer Contractual Group (DCG) in managing dealer network agreements and ensuring compliance with the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement. This position is responsible for processing and managing dealer contractual change requests, maintaining accurate dealer data, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with legal, market, and policy requirements. Acting as a subject matter expert, the Contractual Manager provides guidance, ensures compliance with state franchise statutes, and drives efficiency in dealer contractual operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage dealer contractual changes in accordance with internal agreements and state franchise statutes.
Collaborate with dealers, dealer candidates, and internal teams to secure required documentation and ensure data accuracy.
Support field personnel in completing dealer change proposals within the Dealer Contractual Information Change Request (DCICR) system.
Partner with Legal, Market Analysis, and other internal experts to complete proposals and review submissions.
Advise dealers and internal stakeholders on policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
Prepare, review, and process dealer contracts, program enrollment forms, and activation documents.
Maintain and update dealer records within the Dealer Network Planning System and related databases.
Draft professional correspondence and customized communications regarding contractual and policy matters.
Conduct financial and operational analysis using Excel-based reporting tools.
Support dealer network growth initiatives through proposal analysis, market evaluations, and compliance checks.
Manage and archive documentation within SharePoint and the Dealer Management System (DMS), ensuring proper record retention.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance team productivity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
Proficiency in database management systems
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related advanced degree
