Hours per Week : 36 (Full-Time)

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend or 3 per month (per department needs)

Hourly Pay Rate : $86.49

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2,090 - $2,200

Emergency Room RN Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience required

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

At least one completed travel nursing contract assignment

High-volume, fast-paced ER experience preferred

Active New Jersey RN License or Compact Nursing License

Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (certifications must be valid at submission)

Ability to complete full orientation as scheduled (no rescheduling allowed)

Maximum of 3 days Requested Time Off (RTO) accepted

No block scheduling or special requests permitted

ER Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a busy Emergency Room setting

Respond rapidly and effectively to emergency situations

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Accurately and efficiently document all patient care activities

Participate in comprehensive orientation, including virtual / in-person classes, HealthStream modules, and unit-based training

Obtain hospital ID badge in person during orientation (required for clock-ins)
