Job descriptionMondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM (or similar) Shared on-call rotation for 24-hour emergency coverage Perform general plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repairs Handle basic HVAC maintenance (no certification required) Complete work orders and inspections using mobile technology Assist with custodial tasks, trash removal, and grounds keeping Respond to maintenance emergencies when on-call Ability to perform physical work consisting of lifting, bending, maneuvering within small spaces, walking property Beginner to advanced skills in plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
