Total Pay Package : \n$2,926.00 / week\n\nMinimum 2 years of inpatient acute care experience required\n\nPhysical Therapist license (active and in good standing)\n\nMust reside outside a 100-mile radius of Prestonsburg, KY\n\nStrong clinical assessment and documentation skills\n\nProven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
