Job descriptionAt least 1 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in IT outsourcing). Experience in the Korean market with a strong network and understanding of client needs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Korean Strong understanding of IT outsourcing services and business models. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus. Salary range : Upto 1500$ + Commission Labor Contract and Social Insurance according to Vietnamese Law 12 annual leaves and other holidays as regulated by the State. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the Korean market
- Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and growing relationships with existing ones.
- Consult clients on IT outsourcing solutions, ensuring the best-fit services for their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and project management) to deliver customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize business value.
- Track sales performance and report key metrics to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the Korean IT outsourcing industry.
