JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the Korean market
  • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and growing relationships with existing ones.
  • Consult clients on IT outsourcing solutions, ensuring the best-fit services for their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and project management) to deliver customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize business value.
  • Track sales performance and report key metrics to management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the Korean IT outsourcing industry.

REQUIREMENT

  • At least 1 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in IT outsourcing).
  • Experience in the Korean market with a strong network and understanding of client needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Korean
  • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing services and business models.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
