Overview

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure front-of-house operations run smoothly. This role supports leading a team to provide a world-class fitness experience and represents the Orangetheory brand in the studio.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to potential clients, including introductory sessions
• Working at the front desk, answering phones, and assisting members
• Giving studio tours
• Collaborating with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns professionally with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are clean and organized
