Regional Account Manager
Martin Fastening Solutions is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Ridgeland, Mississippi. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales and a strong track record of building customer relationships. This role involves driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and providing exceptional service to key accounts.
Key responsibilities include :
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify areas for improvement
- Identify and communicate opportunities for Martin Fasteners' offerings that align with the customer's business objectives and initiatives
- Provide pre- and post-sales support through answering inquiries and troubleshooting process issues that jeopardize order fulfillment / customer satisfaction
- Effectively communicate technical problems and opportunities to all levels of the organization
- Meet sales goals by networking with the internal industrial sales team to create new opportunities for revenue growth while maintaining and growing the existing customer base
- Develop large package pricing quotations based on market conditions and profit expectations
Requirements :
Experience in OEM fasteners and components preferred3-5 years of industrial sales experience (preferred)Possess strong business acumen, customer service skills, problem solving, and analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be detail oriented with strong relationship building skillsMust be able to pass the driving record portion of the background checkStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamResults-driven and able to manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with fastener or manufacturing industries a plusAbility to travel as requiredWhat makes Martin Different :
