Elim Wellspring , a Cassia community, is hiring  Culinary Assistants  to join our team in Princeton, MN . This is a great opportunity for those seeking entry-level work or wanting to learn and grow in a healthcare setting.  No experience is needed as we will provide training to set you up for success.

As a  Culinary Assistant  at  Elim Wellspring,  you will gain valuable knowledge and experience by serving our residents, employees, and family members’ meals. Meal times and good food will always be a very important part of everyone's lives! Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by staff and residents alike. Come and work in a beautiful and rewarding setting while helping seniors enjoy their dining experience.

Position Type :   On-Call working varied hours including every other weekend and every third holiday

Shifts Available :

Days 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Wage Range : $16.23 - $19 / hour depending on experience

Culinary Assistant Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist with transporting / transferring residents in wheelchairs (training will be provided).
• Complete additional tasks as needed.
