We are a woman-owned trauma treatment center specializing in client-centered care for people experiencing a wide range of experiences and mental health issues. We provide in-person and telehealth services for individuals, couples, and families across Montana, drawing from a diversity of treatment modalities to support clients' needs, goals, and challenges.

We are looking for

Hourly pay to start, with the option to move to salary, flexible schedule to meet your family's needs ( no weekends or holidays), benefits offered at 20-30 hours / week. Very inviting, calming and comfortable environment to work in with supportive and encouraging co workers.

Prelicensed and fully licensed / insured candidates are encourage to apply : PCLC, LCPC, SWLC, ACLC, LCSW, MFT of LMFT, LAC

Ability to work with couples and families and / or individuals

Ability to credential with insurance panels

Interest in EMDR

Existing credentialing with major insurances

Adult or teen counseling, couples counseling

Salary : $45 - $75.00 / hour

4-8 hours / day, 4-5 days per week, no weekends unless desired

up to $1500 in CEU's provided per year / student loan reimbursement

EMDR Training to be completed within 4 months of being hired, paid by the company
