    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active Florida medical license
  • Board : Board Eligible / Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
  • DEA : Active DEA Certification
  • Certifications : As applicable (BLS, ACLS)
  • Experience : Prior experience in cardiothoracic surgery required
  • Other Qualifications : Must provide case logs (past 12 months only, HIPAA compliant / de-identified); NPDB report within 3 months

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform inpatient consults, surgical cases, and pre & postoperative rounding
  • Collaborate with APPs for consult notes and progress documentation (surgeon must add and cosign)

    • Provide weekend coverage for rounding and emergent OR cases (approx. 1 weekend / mon
